Shipping Information

We typically ship via UPS ground. In some cases where product is extremely heavy, another common carrier may be used. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point. All goods become your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier. At this point, we cannot be held responsible for loss or delay by common carrier or by 'Acts of God' or any other cause beyond our control.

United Pens is able to ship to most locations in the US and abroad. Our carriers are unable to ship directly to PO and APO boxes. If your shipping address is to a PO or APO box, please contact us for special instructions. An additional charge may apply.

All shipment and/or delivery dates are only estimates. In no event will we be liable for any consequential damages arising from any delay in delivery. If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, you will be responsible for the full invoiced amount of the items.
